Sophie completed her Bachelor’s degree in Language Sciences at Université Laval in 2022. She is currently completing a Master’s degree in Speech Therapy at the University of Ottawa.
Sophie is known for her patience, determination, and compassion for others. Prior to her studies, her brother received speech therapy services because of his language disorder. After having seen the impact that speech therapy had in his life, Sophie was inspired to practice this wonderful profession.
Her position as a Language Stimulation Agent at the Cabinet d’orthophonie l’Envol allows her to put theory into practice, while becoming familiar with the various needs of her clientele. Sophie is particularly interested in language disorders in children and adults.
