Marielyne has acquired team management experience through various industries in the Outaouais region. Thanks to her accounting studies, she also adds important financial elements to her managerial experience.
As a mother of two boys, one of whom is autistic, she understands the challenges parents and families face in relation to neurodivergent child development, language, and communication. She always wanted to invest by contributing to the provision of quality services to the pediatric population.
Since 2022, Marielyne has held the position of Chief Executive Director of the Cabinet d’orthophonie l’Envol. Her mission is to establish a flexible, humane workplace that encourages knowledge sharing, collaboration and proactive professional development. With these in focus, Marielyne believes this will lead to everyone to thrive and succeed.
